We are THE FACTORY. We make these pouffes using rugs from our Weaving Facility and other Weaving Facilities in The Rug Capital of the World. As a result, our prices are as low as you will find anywhere and the quality and variety is without rival.

BEWARE. When you shop pouffes online they show it stuffed. But they are going to ship it unstuffed. So you will then have to purchase the stuffing material and deal with the mess of stuffing the pouffe. It is more expensive to ship a stuffed pouffe than an unstuffed one, but in the end, you are going to spend the same amount or less buying a stuffed pouffe from us and it will save you a huge headache receiving your pouffe, stuffed and ready to complement your home.

NOTE. We only show some of our pouffes on the website. We have sooooo many more to choose from if you come shop our Rug Factory Outlet in New Orleans. The Indian pouffes are all at a set price of $99 and we have a ton of CLEARANCE pouffes for only $59.

When Will My Order Ship:

"In Stock in New Orleans" product ships within 1-3 days. Shipping times will vary depending on where you live in the Continental US, but your order should arrive within 7 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 business days. Please note that UPS generally does not deliver on weekends and holidays. FedEx generally does not deliver on Sundays and holidays.

"Inventory in India" orders generally processed within 1–3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the individual product page). Shipping times will vary depending on where you live in the Continental US, but your order should arrive within 10 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 10 business days. Please note that UPS generally does not deliver on weekends and holidays. FedEx generally does not deliver on Sundays and holidays.

"Made to Order Rugs from India" orders generally processed within 1–3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the individual product page). Shipping times will vary depending on the type of Custom Rug and how labor-intensive it is to make the custom rug. The time can vary from 3-6 months. Possibly sooner but we take an "Under Promise & Over Deliver" approach. Please note that UPS generally does not deliver on weekends and holidays. FedEx generally does not deliver on Sundays and holidays.

Shipping Notification & Tracking: When your purchase is complete and your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the order details and UPS tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Banana Manor return & store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bananamanor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearly marked non-returnable sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
