If you're looking for a rug that's personalized to your exact specifications, look no further! Our Oushak rugs come in both standard sizes and can be custom-made to fit any size - just let us know what you're after and we'll give you a quote.
Just a little background on Oushak rugs - they originated in the beautiful city of Usak, Turkey in the 15th century and have since been made all over the region. What makes them unique are their geometric designs and rich color palette, which is achieved with natural vegetable dyes.
Care Instructions:
When it comes to caring for your Oushak rug, it's important to remember that shedding is totally normal and will lessen over time with regular vacuuming.
If you notice any loose fibers, simply trim them with a pair of scissors.
And if your rug has any creases from being shipped, they should disappear within a few days.
It's also important to keep your Oushak rug away from excessive moisture and to blot up any spills immediately with a sponge or cloth.
And of course, rotate your rug often if it's in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
For indoor use only, be sure to use an appropriate rug pad to keep your Oushak rug looking its best for years to come!

Shipping Notification & Tracking: When your purchase is complete and your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the order details and UPS tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Banana Manor return & store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bananamanor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearly marked non-returnable sale items or gift cards.
