Possibly sooner but we take an "Under Promise & Over Deliver" approach. Please note that UPS generally does not deliver on weekends and holidays. FedEx generally does not deliver on Sundays and holidays.
Shipping Notification & Tracking: When your purchase is complete and your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the order details and UPS tracking number.

Return & Refund Policy: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Banana Manor return & store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bananamanor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearly marked non-returnable sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
One of The Standard Condominium Association's original lobby rugs was in need of replacement, and Banana Manor came highly recommended as the perfect place to choose its replacement, for selection, quality and pricing. We were thrilled to have so many options to choose from, and those in our selection committee were in unanimous agreement that this rug was just what our lobby needed. It goes so well with our current decor and color scheme, it is not only aesthetically pleasing, but we are confident it will also prove extremely durable in this high traffic area. The pricing could not be beat as well! We appreciate the attentiveness of the owner and his teammate in ensuring we were able to review options at length, everyone was so accommodating! We have another rug in need of replacing soon, and we will be returning to Banana Manor!
