We are the factory. This rug came into New Orleans in our own container, from the workshop that knotted it. No importer, no gallery floor, no designer margin stacked on top. Compare it to a hand-knotted wool rug of the same size and knot count anywhere else and check the construction line by line.

Shedding is normal and will diminish with regular vacuuming; Loose fibers are common, clip with scissors; Any creases in rugs should disappear in a few days; Keep away from excessive moisture; Blot spills immediately with sponge or cloth, don't rub; Professional cleaning recommended as needed;Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping.
